
This is the question that may be perplexing some of us, sometimes. The bad news is they don’t.
You may think that I might have lost it completely that's why I am saying this and what are all these motivational speakers doing out there. You can think whatever you want but the second bad news is that, it is still true.
How can you turn this bad news into a good news. Let me tell you.
What is motivation?
Motivation is actually sense to do something great, to achieve our goal, fulfill our dream, to feel good.
But, how many times you got up and started working at the urge of motivation.
Let's get it straight. Motivation is just a game of hormones. There is this hormone testosterone and when it combines with other chemicals in the body, it releases endorphins that makes you feel good, happy and motivated. Have you ever noticed that your motivation is short lived and lasts only few days, no matter how many motivational videos you are watching or quotes you are reading.
The actual reality is that motivation can drive you to start a work, but it is not that fuel, that you require in your long journey.
Wondering what is the that fuel?
Your habit…….
Yes, your habit is the main factor that is going to get you somewhere in your life.
Motivation will put you out from your bed, habit will get it done.
Even if you are not liking to do it; make it your habit, YOU WILL DO IT.
Not every time motivation will be there, but your habit will make you pass through.
