Types of English Essays

There are five types of essays in english. Three of them are more common. - Descriptive
- Narrative
- Argumentative
- Expository
- Abstract/Persuasive
How to break each essay
The first two types of essays, mentioned above are very easy to break and are written with no effort.
Descriptive
The descriptive essay incorporates the description of a thing you like, admire, hate or feel any other passion about.
Examples: Explain your favourite personality.
Argumentative
Argumentative essay is a very descriptive and long essay. You have to choose one side and write about it . You can also write about the other side but make sure to less write and try to negate the opinion that you are giving in that context. In short, keep your focus more on the point that you support.
Examples: Frailty is no more the name of the women.
Expository
Expository essay is another easy type of essay that only requires to educate the reader. Tell /describe about the given topic as much you want. You can also write some secondary headings to increase the length of essay. These heading can include effects, shortcomings or precautionary measures etc about a particular thing.
Examples: Reforestation as a global emergency.
Narrative
A narrative essay is designed to tell a complete story about an event, incident, or a day you spent.
Examples: Tell about a day you spent on mountains.
Abstract/Persuasive
Abstract essay is also an easy to understand and easy to write essay. In this type of essay, a title with a conciliatory meaning is given and you can interpret it in any context you want. But, the only condition is to describe it thoroughly and persuade the reader that what you have written in all right. In short, we can describe it as: "interpret the topic in right and understandable manner and persuade the reader with your ability of writing".
Examples: When life gives you lemon, make lemonade.
